Huge Living Hall  & 3 Sizeable bedrooms come with attached bathroom.
King Size bed, Queen Size Bed & two single mattress in each room respectively.

All Bathroom comes with Instant Water heater ; Shower cream & hair Shampoo  provided for short stay visitors.
各冲凉房都有各的熱水器。

All bedrooms come with Air Conditional & Remote Ceiling Fan.
Decorated with selected curtains.

Our charges are reasonable : 収費：

• Short Stay :  Minimum 2 nites stay MYR $400 per nite  短住：最少两晚：毎晚馬币400

• Long Stay :  Minimum 1 year     MYR$4800 per month 長住：最少一年：毎月馬币4800
  ( 2 mths deposit & 1mth rental in advance is required, other deposits for electricity & water bill as well - only apply to Long Stay tenant ) 

Payment by Cash in advance or upon arrival
Credit card payment is acceptable via Paypal

Check In Time : 2pm          入住时間：下午2时
Check Out Time : 11am      退房时間：上午11时
